On Friday, 14th July we assembled friends and family at Bar Soho for a bon voyage party. It was well attended by students, colleagues and friends, and my parents just about survived the evening, but although they loved meeting the various people, they did not strictly enjoy the whole experience . . . they do not generally go clubbing in the gay areas of town and my dad was most impressed by the transvestites walking down the street! Simon and I had a great time and were pleased to say goodbye properly to so many people.

Saying Goodbye
On Friday, 14th July we assembled friends and family at Bar Soho for a bon voyage party.
